Is LegacyForge free to use?

Yes. LegacyForge is free to download and use. All core features — God First, The Temple, Family, Leadership, and Red Alert — are available at no cost.

Will my data be lost if I uninstall the app?

Your journal entries, streaks, prayers, and personal records are stored locally on your device. Uninstalling the app will remove this locally stored data. We recommend backing up important entries before uninstalling. Cloud sync features may be available in a future update.

How do I reset my streak?

Your streak resets automatically if you miss a day of completing the God First morning ritual. There is currently no manual way to reset or edit your streak. If you believe there's a technical error with your streak, contact us at theforge@legacyforgeapp.com.

How do I enable or disable push notifications?

You can manage notification permissions in your device settings under LegacyForge app settings. On iOS: Settings → LegacyForge → Notifications. On Android: Settings → Apps → LegacyForge → Notifications.

How do I delete my account?

To delete your account and all associated data, please email us at theforge@legacyforgeapp.com with the subject "Account Deletion Request." We will process your request within 5 business days.

The app is not loading correctly. What should I do?

Try closing and reopening the app. If the issue persists, try clearing the app cache in your device settings or uninstalling and reinstalling the app. If the problem continues, please contact us with a description of the issue and your device model and operating system version.

Is LegacyForge available on both iOS and Android?

Yes. LegacyForge is available on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. It is also accessible as a web app — visit legacyforgeapp.com in your mobile browser and add it to your home screen.

Is my spiritual journal data private?

Yes. Your personal journal entries — prayers, reflections, intentions — are stored locally on your device and are never transmitted to our servers. Your inner life stays yours. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
